Nutritional Food Manufacturer Uses Trade Management Solution to Effectively Control Pricing and Trade Spend

Tasti Products Limited is a privately held food manufacturer, operating modern, automated and high volume production lines from their base on the Te Atatu peninsula in Auckland, New Zealand. Their products include a range of breakfast cereals, muesli (granola) bars, cereal bars plus various baking Ingredients, oils and nut products.

Sales related functions such as management of pricing and trade spend had very basic functionality and required a significant upgrade if the company was to be able to meet the demands of an increasingly competitive consumer products category. Tasti need a new solution to take over all aspects of their trade spend rather than continuing to use spreadsheets to manage this. The solution had to integrate with their existing Dynamics AX platform.
