Zara has extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, most recently as an application administrator for CLEAResult, where the application was recognized by Microsoft for technology innovation.  She has worked many versions of Dynamics CRM including Dynamics CRM 4.0,  Dynamics CRM 2011 online and on -premise and Dynamics CRM 2015 on-premise. She recently managed an upgrade to Dynamics CRM 2015 for 1800 users.  Zara has been a CRMUG Member since 2011, serves as the CRMUG Austin Chapter leader and is a CRMUG All Star recipient.  She recently accepted a position as a Sr. CRM consultant with NexusTek. Zara will also be a featured presenter at CRMUG Summit.
