Navtej has spent over 25 years in managing and launching successful IT professional service practices in various industry verticals. He has spearheaded multiple software product developments in industry verticals such as, Process Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Healthcare (www.AXOMEDICAL.com) and Life Sciences (www.AXOQCS.com).

As President and Founder of AXSource (www.AXSource.com) he works closely with partners and clients to deliver the best solutions. Navtej entered Dynamics AX world in 2001 as hands-on certified professional and he was one of the few people who saw extensive potential in the AX platform and focused on it. Today his company specializes in implementing Dynamics AX and solutions build on it. He sits on the 360 Advisory Panel at Research Innovation and Commercialization Centre - a tech incubator in Greater Toronto Area - mentoring tech entrepreneurs as an expert in Enterprise Software Development, Manufacturing (Process/Discrete) and Renewable Energy. 

Outside work, he has a passion for riding his Motorbike with his HOG buddies and designing / building custom homes. One of his creations has competed and successfully achieved a ranking to be in the Top Five custom homes designed and built in Canada.
