John has been in the IT industry for over 30 years implementing technology solutions with the last 8 years specifically focused on CRM.  With a strong foundation in business and operations analysis, John has worked with organizations to first identify and map out their business requirements and processes, to ensure that CRM will meet the business and user needs for successful user adoption.
