Johan Crols is a seasoned utilities executive. As director Product Management for Ferranti Systems, he plays a key role in defining the MECOMS product and its roadmap. Johan previously headed the B2C department at Essent Belgium, a subsidiary of RWE. Before that, he led numerous projects at utility companies, as a consultant for Accenture and CSC.
