Bill McBeath leads ChainLink's research efforts, with a particular focus on procurement and strategic sourcing.  With more than 20 years of experience in a variety of roles as a business and technology researcher and consultant, high tech executive, product manager, and software architect, Mr. McBeath is recognized as a leading expert in a variety of areas.

• Sourcing and Procurement-Extensive research with the world's best run companies about their next generation of best practices, management of suppliers, practical implementation challenges, and use of technology.
• Risk Management-Led the creation of ChainLink's Supply Chain Risk Assessment model, used to prioritize risk mitigation investments.
• Strategy-Conducted numerous CEO-team workshops on go-to-market strategies, positioning, partnerships, pricing, and organization strategies.

Mr. McBeath was also Managing Director at Marsh, creating and leading their Supply Chain Risk Research group. Before co-founding ChainLink Research, Mr. McBeath was Managing Director of Emerging Technologies at Benchmarking Partners/Surgency, where he formulated and executed successful go-to-market strategies for dozens of startups and established firms. 

Mr. McBeath is a popular speaker, having delivered keynote addresses and led panel discussions at many industry conferences.
